Our flat counter bags are a simple, no-frills packaging solution, designed without side or base gussets and supplied without handles. Made from sustainable FSC® certified white or natural brown ribbed kraft paper, they are lightweight yet practical, with a standard paper weight of 40gsm. Thicker paper options are also available for a more premium, gift-style finish (please contact us for a bespoke quote).

For food applications, we also offer these bags in 40gsm white greaseproof paper, making them ideal for oily or greasy items. Flat counter bags are well suited to bakeries, delis, grocery stores, bookshops, pharmacies, and a wide range of retail environments.

We offer custom printing as standard using one- to four-colour flexographic (flexo) print, perfect for bold, straightforward branding. All bags are printed using water-based inks, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. Available in four standard sizes, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 bags, these bags offer a very low unit cost—making them a highly economical choice for businesses looking for affordable, branded paper packaging.

First Order Setup:
A one-time printing plate fee applies to your initial order. We store your plates at no additional cost for future reprints - saving you time and money on repeat orders.

Delivery:
All prices include delivery to one UK mainland address. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, or other remote locations.
Delivery times are based on the approval of the proof

Order Quantity Tolerance
Please note: we work to an industry standard tolerance of ±10% on machine-made paper bags. While we endeavour to produce the exact quantity ordered, variations may occur due to production factors. If the final quantity is lower, a refund will be issued for the shortfall. If higher, an invoice for the additional cost will be raised prior to despatch. We offer the option to order the exact quantity required; this carries a 10% surcharge.
